To Japan with Love: A Travel Guide for the Connoisseur

Nearly 5 years ago I was invited to contribute to a travel guide to Japan. Just back from my first trip in years (I would return again a year later) I was keen on writing about some of the great eats I found on that trip. This collection of essays has undergone various reincarnations, the book being revamped not once, but twice. Finally it’s out, and although I’ll confess my words might be a little dated, my impressions of Japan remain the same. I love it and can’t wait for my next return trip.
